What She's Planned is a song about the teachings that are all around us all the time in Pachamama/Mother Nature/The Universe—whatever name we chose to give to the sacred life all around us. If we slow down, and we pay attention, and we're willing to see the extraordinary in what we typically see everyday as the ordinary, we may notice these teachings—in cherry blossoms falling from a tree, birds flying overhead, the sun shining down, or water flowing in a creek. And, in these teachings, we may see that even in the most challenging of times, there may be some greater force looking out for us, nudging us closer to becoming our greatest selves. We receive the challenges that we're ready for, not the challenges that we want.
Lyrics
Oh cherry blossoms
Fallin' from the trees
You fall to remind me
To just let go and trust
Where the wind blows
Oh birds flyin' high
Singin' down to me
You sing to remind me
From the bird's eye view
Everything looks ok
Oh when I don't know where I'm goin'
And I don't know who I am
I know the Universe she's lookin' out
And this is all a part of what she's planned
Oh golden sunshine
Warmin' up my soul
You warm me to remind me
That everything cold will thaw in
Sunshine
Oh ripplin' waters
Flowin' from afar
You flow to remind me
The journey is all there is
And ever was
Oh when I don't know where I'm goin'
And I don't know who I am
I know the Universe she's looking out
And this is all a part of what she's planned
Oh what she's planned
Oh what she's planned
Oh what she's planned
Oh what she's planned
Ya and, this is all a part of what she's planned
Oh Grandpa oak tree
Breathin' your last breath
You die to remind me
That what comes of the Earth
Must someday return
Oh clouds above me
Playin' in the breeze
You play to remind me
That change is good
But hard some times
Oh when I don't know where I'm goin'
And I don't know who I am
I know the Universe she's looking out
And this is all a part of what she's planned
And this is all a part of what she's planned
And this is all a part of what she's planned
